your saying it flashes constantly as soon as you put in the fuse
NO way at all to turn it off
in that case, sounds like the Hazard/multifunction switch has malfunctioned
but why did it Flash until everything burned, why did no one see it
could it be there is another problem, something that shorted and overloaded the switch and flasher
