Fuse panel on 5500 Kodiak 2008 Chevy Class C Jayco Seneca

My accessory plugs on the dash and the lighter on the center console are not working. I located the fuse panel in front of the passenger seat and removed the cover. THe diagram shows Accessory as #19....

Your at the correct fuse panel in front of the pass. seat. Check fuse # 13. That is the fuse that covers the 12v outlets and the cig. lighter in the center console.
