I would think that a "run/start relay coil" is somewhat critical. Don't know exactly what it does, but it sounds like if it blew the rig might not start or run. I would suggest using a circuit like the trailer battery charge. It should be hot only with power on (which I assume you want), and if for some reason the fuse blew it would not affect anything critical.
