It's reall hard to see the structure from the photo and the break. From what I can see a really good welder should be able to fix the frame. Most RV shops and maybe the Winnebago factory probably don't have such a welder. I also agree with an earlier reply tat larger schedule 8 or above should be used and not welded in place as this would destroy the integrity of the bolt. Since the coach is so new, I think, have the dealer take it to the factory, have the factory removed vet the slide, weld the frame including retrofitting steel reinforcements, and a larger unwelded high tensile strength bolt.
