Gas mileage for 1991 Coachmen Royal 460 motor
thinking about purchasing a 1991 coachmen royal 36' with a 460 motor. does anyone have any idea what gas mileage might be for this?

I have a 97 Ford with a 460 and the same 4 speed automatic, 5.12:1 rear axle ratio, and 30' long with a 17,000 GVWR. I get about 7 MPG while using 87 octane gas and going 62 - 65 MPH towing my car. While taking my time, towing and using 92 octane gas, driving 55 MPH, I was getting up to 8.8 MPG.
