Gas/Elec Heat
I have a winnebago outlook 2007 29B and on the thermostat it says gas/elec heat. Does it still use the propane when it is switched to elec? Thank you

I don't think you have the setup like pianotuna talks about since you have a Winnie. I think Golden HVAC gave you the correct answer. We had a 2003 Winnie with heat pump and I never cared for it for winter heating, it just made a lot of noise and not much heat. We usually stay at RV parks and use a small electric heater to supplement our propane furnace. Dick
