I feel your pain. Hopefully you may have some legal options.
Here in MO., if the claim is not settled in 90 days, the insurance company has to file a lot of paper work with the state insurance commission. Which they don't like. I've had to out wait a couple of claims but the insurance companies started playing fair about the 85th day. Do what you can to make them have to shuffle a lot of paper work. Learn their game and play it better than they do.
Maybe you should have a talk with the state insurance commission. In some states they are your advocate.
