Amazing how we want our Ins. Coverage to be the "cheapest" of any Co. yet we want it to cover everything that happens. We don't want to read our policy yet we want coverage on things that are excluded. READ YOUR POLICY. IF IT EXCLUDES COVERAGE YOU FEEL YOU NEED, HUNT ANOTHER POLICY. As far as going to an Attorney each time you are unhappy, remember this. The Insurance Co. had much rather deal with the Attorney than a irate customer. Their Policy spells out what's covered and the Attorney will understand this. A irate customer want's everything covered, they are just not willing to pay for it. We had a saying when I was selling Insurance. Sure we will offer a Million Dollars worth of coverage. The premium is a Million Dollars.
