I should specify that the loud clacking noise only occurs when the generator / MH is hot. Otherwise, the fuel pump is very quite.
I received a call from Fleetwood on Friday and apparently, they are working to isolate the problem as several other MHs are exhibiting the same problem. At this point, they are almost certain it is heat related, but they asked me to not do anything further until they respond with their recommendations.
