I made my first trip to Fleetwood in Indiana and have to say I am very impressed with my service experience. They were able to replace the broken connections and flex line connecting my two freshwater tanks in only 2 1/2 hours. Talked with techs regarding the generator issues and they stated that all the newer models of the Storm have a new fuel injection generator. It does not seem to be an issue with overheating!! He stated he had replaced a couple older models generators with the new fuel injected ones. Not a quick job he stated. They charge $95/hour for each service tech.
