Generator Help
I could use some generator advice. I have a Onan in my class A and when I start it up as soon as it starts to send power to the unit it shuts itself down. So basically as soon as the transfer switch ...

Last bit of information before I call for help.
Unit runs for 1/2 hour and warms up before it quits under any heavy load like slide out or 110v water heater kicking in. Up until then it is fine with all electrical on, AC, H2o HEater, lights slide out etc.
One thing I noticed is that when the WFCO 55amp power converter first gets power it kicks its fan on for a quick second then it never turned on again for the 1/2 to hour I was testing things. It is also hot enough to the touch to me to need its fan.
My thoughts are that maybe it is overheating and shutting things down?
Should I try a new converter and see if fan keeps it cooler?
There is no rhyme or reason as to one thing or the other that trips the genny out after 1/2 hour. I've tried it with everything in 12v panel unplugged and all breaker off and still get same result. Until the next day when everything as cooled down and it all works again for 1/2 hour.
