That I do: a single one quart bottle of "Sta-bil Storage" would be about right for a 70 gallon tank; or if you preferred, you could reserve a few ounces for some other use. The usual way to mix it up is to dump it in the tank before filling up before storage, and then the agitation from the filling (coupled with a little time to diffuse and presumably some jostling while driving from the gas station) should do a good enough job mixing it.
