Generator/Shore Power Work, Battery Power Doesn't

So I replaced the circuit breakers and now I have power to the lights with the battery. Now when I use the generator or shorepower no AC or appliances. But if i plug into shore power i have everything but lights, but the appliances and AC work. Would that indicate the converter is bad? I didn't see any fuses on the back side of the fuse panel, there is a circuit breaker on the back, but it seems to be working fine. It's got matching voltage to the battery on both posts.
