Nice! It is probably not as "simple" as you think. High-end windows, etc.
Re the 4x4 issue (my Tiger is 4x4), I use high clearance much more often than 4x4. Of course, when you really need 4x4, there is no substitute. It is very possible to have a great backwoods trip without ever using 4x4.
