Hi,
When my absorption fridge dies, I'll replace it with a residential.
Add some solar panels, beef up the battery bank and enjoy having a residential fridge. I would be surprized if a brand new Class A that comes with a residential fridge doesn't already have a sufficient inverter as OEM equipment.

Having to worry about whether the batteries are running down. Is just a nuisance to be avoided. We use the propane mode of our Jayco Melbourne A LOT. Mostly when driving cross country, or when in a parking lot somewhere.
