From what I read on here the problems with the RV refers have been with the larger 4 door models like the Norcold 1200. I don't see the same problems with the 2 door refers like the 600 series. I don't believe all RV refers are fire hazards. It's easier to dry camp in the woods with an RV refer that a residential unless you want to run the genset all the time. If I was going to FHU cg's then a residential would be a better choice.
