buy a different RV new or used with RV fridge
buy the new winnie and pay some shop big bucks.. to do something
that it seems like NO one else has ever done before
or just maybe
you can buy the new RV and replace the residential fridge with a new off grid solar/marine style low power "Dan Foss" DC operated compressor fridge like Snow King
and guess what Norcold sells the same thing "dan foss" dc compressor fridges
you can get that installed
very easy on battery use , operates like a residential , but very low power use
