I want to move up from Class C to Class A but, from what I am reading, one would want to avoid a residential refrigerator like the plague. I love the Norcold in my Jayco Melbourne; it is a marvel of engineering. What is the practicality of junking one of these residential refrigerators and replacing it with a decent RV refrigerator?
Be sure to get life insurance when you switch, as follows:
When you make the swap - be sure to include an extinguishing system (behind the refer) actuated by a fusible link - along with at least two smoke detectors, and at least one CO and propane detector.
That's the life insurance.
It will pay *YOU* with your life instead of a beneficiary..:W
BTW - You should still have them all - but you can omit the system behind the refer with a residential model.
