I emailed a tech friend. He came back with 10 -16 hours but pointed out there were lots of unknowns with gas line locations and power locations. The existing residential will probably be fed by inverter power so you would want to make sure that is changed. The roof vent and rear vent are fairly straight forward and the trim work although straight forward could be a fairly big variable. Assuming you got the fridge for free or exchanging it to someone who wanted to do the opposite as you my guess would be under 2000 bucks. Doug Rainer is a valuable resource on this forum. Hopefully he could shed some light on conversion challenges and costs. If you do it, take pictures and tell us how it goes.
Good luck.
Good luck.
