One impediment I have to running my generator is that the choke has never worked, so to start it you have to open the case and twiddle the rods manually when the ambient temp is below about 75F. This nuisance has thus far stumped a certified Cummins tech; the billable hours pile up either way. Don't get me started on THAT!!
