I read your father's post on another forum. In his post he stated that he wanted it towed back to the selling dealership. It sounds as though that may not have been the closest qualified repair facility. If that were the case he would have to pay for the tow out of pocket, although Coach-net would arrange for a qualified service to handle the tow for him.
In his post he also stated that he contacted the selling dealer who agreed to get the tow and repair handled for him.
