Down shift! I have a 30 ft. Class C towing a car and I go down some pretty good grades barely touching the brakes. Don't go into such a low gear that it over revs the motor but not likely. Do you have a tach. It will scream at 4500 RPM but hurt nothing. My MH has an old 4 speed trans so I may be in 3rd or slow to 45 and go to 2nd or even 1st at 25 mph if really steep. If you only use brakes, they could fade and get really hot. Slow down before getting to the steep part.
