Golf Cars in Campgrounds
The campground we are currently in has been over run by golf cars. They started coming in yesterday. Triple tows, trucks w/ trailers following motorhomes, motorhomes towing....pretty much everything. ...

All I can say is, do NOT bring your carts out West! In many campgrounds out here, if it isn't "STREET LEGAL", you can't drive it on the campground roads!
Very few golf carts are, or can be made, street legal. Oh, sure, you can install the required lights, windshield, etc., but if the speed limit is 35 and your cart will top out at 15, sorry, you will be a danger on the roadway.
Some ATVs CAN be made street legal, and it is not uncommon to see them running around town here in Montana
Some retirement communities allow golf carts, though. Sometimes they must be electric, no gas powered carts allowed
