Nice rant Dennis! I also agree with you! I know you stay at the Islander, Lake Havasu City, time to time when passing thru! I was walking my dog on the 4 mile paved city track out on the island and I heard a very loud noise? Here it came a golf cart (licensed to run on the street) with headlights, mirrors, turn signals (the person left his right hand turn signal on until out of site), and one of the loudest radios I ever heard in that cart? I could be wrong Dennis, but IMHO this whole thing started out simple and honest, people with disabilites were using them to get to different places in campgrounds and like gcloss stated it turned into a cool thing to do for others.
