Personally, I wouldn't touch Craigslist with a barge-pole. There are so many scam artists on there. I'd suggest looking for local dealers that handle consignments. They have often given the sellers a brisk dose of reality and the prices are reasonable.
We just sold our '02 Georgetown 32-footer through a consignment dealer, and although I'm pissed as hell over the shellacking we took, the buyer got a very good deal.
Originally, four years ago, we bought the rig from a classified ad in our local weekly paper. That's a sometimes surprisingly good source. We got a deal from a couple who were having to give up the lifestyle due to medical issues and we got it for what they still owed on their home equity loan. It was about $7000 below NADA at the time.
