Update:
I re-upped my Coach-Net.
In fact... I had let it lapse and forgot that their system doesn't start until the day after your order. Well... my wife was heading out on a 500 mi trip in her car with our girls, so I called them. After discussing it with her supervisor, the gal came back and said they would cover us a day early. Fortunately we didn't need it, but it was comforting.
Reasons for sticking with Coach-Net:
1. My research turns up many more satisfied customers than the others.
2. Had good service the 1 time I've needed them in the past.
3. Want unlimited towing for both the rig and our passenger vehicles. My girls often do long road trips and I need as much comfort as I can get while they're on the road.
4. We often pull a boat and want it covered too
So we continued with our Premier plan.
