My take on dissatisfaction with GSRA is that people expect things that are not in the contract.
Also GSRA does not have it's own fleet like AAA does in Syracuse so that have to find someone to dispatch (at a price GSRA can live with). Sometimes that is not the closest service place. You may be at the side of the road for an hour or two but when they arrive the service has been great.
However, if you and the family cannot sit on the side of the road waiting without angst then you will not be happy.

trouble is aaa plus doesn't cover RV unless you pay 35.oo more,,,then id be at 185.00 a yr compared to 114.00 Goodsam....so ???
