I smoke......not inside so I spend time outside a lot.
I'm a night owl and don't go to bed until 2am, so many a night I am the only person outside.
Your neighbor must have been doing the old 'Mrs. Kravitz' routine and spying on you.
Except you said he was on Drivers Side Site......which would be HIS 'front yard area'.
Were you sitting out there next to your hookups? OR were you sitting in your 'front yard' area (curbside)?
Did you have the roadside scare light on my mistake?
Not condoning/agreeing with your bonehead neighbor...just trying to understand WHAT might have been bothering him. (other than just being a jerk, snoopy or jealous cause he couldn't be out there too).
No glaring lights, no noise......then he is a bonehead.
And them moving was a good thing for all..except his new neighbors :S
