And yet, that has already happened and both parties disagreed on which of them was right! In any case, there simply IS NOT 1 right answer so no copy and paste would be possible. The rules and regulations vary by State and likely County and no one is going to "copy and paste" the rules for every State and each of its individual jurisdictions. The ONLY correct answer....wait for it......is ASK. Either you can or you can't and that will depend on the specific location where you are parked. That, my friend, is something you can copy and paste.
