Was the total cost ever mentioned and could have missed that?
Not counting the time involved, which can be chalked off to a hobby and what you like doing for a sense of accomplishment.
Thing is, it's always about money and I don't like being underwater, anymore than I have to be.
Other than that, it looks like a fine piece of work.
