The regulator is under that grey plastic cover near the propane tank valve.
If you are using a weber Q you can remove it's regulator and get a hose with 1/8"NPT and then connect the other side with quick disconnect fittings to that black pipe (assuming its propane). Just go to your local hardware store and get quick disconnect fittings and hose long enough for comfort. This is how I have my Q setup. I just disconnect at the RV and coil up the hose and put inside the Q cover after it cools down. No more little green bottles.
