Guide me on what needs to happen to upgrade TVs

I have a 1997 RV which still has in it two old tube TVs and the bat wing antennae. I have turned the big TV on but just gotten snow.I suspect they are not digital. I'm thinking I want to replace...

I would probably remove existing front TV cabinet as it looks totally in the way and engineer a pull down 32" LED or larger on ceiling.
