Gulf Stream Tourmaster Entry Door

I have a problem with my entry door on my 2006 Gulf Stream Tourmaster entry door. It squeaks and makes a loud popping noise when opening and closing. It seems to be mostly in the screen door, because it doesn't make near as much noise when the screen is closed and the outside door is moved by it self and it doesn't pop then either. I have tried WD40 and silicone to no avail. There doesn't seem to be enough space between the hinge sections for the lubricant to get in there and I haven't been able to figure out how to get the hinge pin out to grease it. This problem is just driving me crazy.
