You can have the finest tires in the world and have a flat or blowout. Inside duals don't see much attention (Out of sight out of mind) so the best you can do is minimize the risk. Some of the easiest things are metal valve stems and a TPMS. The monitor wont keep you from having a problem like a tires pressure going low or overheating, but it will give you a warning possibly in time to mitigate damages.
