You are probably going to be just fine but it would be worth it to discuss it with your doctor.
Some friends of mine in Alabama have a friend whose husband was out jogging on a wooded trail. The guy in front of him pulled back a low branch and let go too soon and it hit the ladies husband in the head. He was dizzy but it didn't knock him out. He complained of headaches and had trouble balancing.
Off to the doctor they went (a few days later) and he had a hematoma. He had to have 5 brain surgeries and was never quite the same again.
Never hurts to get something checked out.
