Hijacking this - sorry. Please have your nephew evaluated by a neurologist. Brain trauma can disrupt your life, but a good traumatic brain injury treatment program can evaluate and treat TBIs, preferably early, but at any time after the injury. Compensatory strategies can be learned that help compensate for deficits.
