First of all assuming there is some terrible engineering mistake that makes all these Fords dangerous-big reach I think from what others have said-you don't just file a class action. First you file a lawsuit and must survive initial motions. After a lot of work you ask to have your suit be declared a class action and depending on the ruling of the court you move on. We are talking a lot of expense and a case like this is only taken on contingency if the probability of winning large amounts of money is very good and that does not seem to be the case here.
Now I know you are just frustrated and tossing around terms to show the frustration. Your real question is why don't manufacturers include the equipment as part of base price to make these things ride and handle better and safer instead of letting people deal with it as add-ons after market. I think folks have answered that. GM could make a cheap Chevy ride like a Cadillac but then it would not be a cheap Chevy anymore. Same applies here. Good luck.
