I've never needed my road side assistance in 8years of fulltimeing. Two weeks ago I was stranded 90 miles from the nearest diesel facility.
I've had Coachnet all those years so I called them. They gathered all my pertinent info and told me that they would be back to me. About 15 minutes later my cell rang and they told me that there was a wrecker service with a low-boy on the way. 90 miles to get to me and 90 miles back to the diesel garage and it didn't cost me a dime. Gave the driver of the lowboy a $20 tip for his attention to detail and taking extra care (at least I thought it was extra care, may have been his normal job performance). I'm sure there are other road side assistance programs that might be as good but I'd never gamble. Coachnet will be my only choice.
