Between the two, if all else was equal, I'd take the Southwind over the Georgetown.
While Forest River do put a lot of value in their products, the Georgetown is lower end (basically bottom end of the market) than the Southwind (new MSRP $125k vs $140k) while the Southwind I believe I about 'mid-range' price and I think the Southwind is pretty high on Fleetwood's gasser lineup. Factor in that the Southwind is 1 year newer, on paper it's certainly worth more. NADA low retail value (which you have to take with a grain of salt) is $54k for the Georgetown and $64k for the Southwind.
