Have dwindled the search down to two RVs any advise?

First unit is a 07 Georgetown XL 378 very well equipped not full paint. Second is a 08 Fleetwood Southwind 37C also well equipped full paint Booth have under 12000 miles and are aprox. the same aski...

I would think both of those coaches are entry level and both are about the same. You are the only one that can decide which fits your needs better. Your wife I am sure likes one floor plan better then the other. I never have liked Forest River motorhomes. And the only Fleetwood I like is the Eagle. The Eagle is superior to any Monaco or Newmar.
