Aaron, you are going to be blown away by the Biltmore Estate. There are so many tours to pick from and you can't do them all in one day. One of my favorite tours is the 'behind the scenes tour' where they take you into the 3 levels of basements showing you the inner workings of the house systems (from 1895). You probably will have just enough time for the regular house tour that offers audio. You will definitely want to return to see the other tours in the future. Also, if it's your first visit, starting with the regular house tour is the way to go to see the basic setting and architecture.
We were just there this summer and I would not want to take the motorhome to the Biltmore. They have low tree branches as it's a very wooded area. They also had a bridge go out so the passing was very narrow but it's probably fixed by now. I would take a car as downtown Asheville is neat to see (very Bohemian).
Have fun,
MM.
