Been there and I also stayed at Bear Creek RV park. If I was you I definitely would take a toad. You are still a few miles away from the Biltmore. And if you are going to see other parts of the city you will need the toad. Now as to hauling the toad on a trailer it might create a space problem. You might want to call Bear Creek to see if they can accommodate the trailer.
