VERY CONFUSING. WHAT goes on and off????? Are you just hearing a "click" at the AC unit? If so, that click is just the control, board receiving the signal from the tstat. There are 2 separate things that can happen.
1. Put the unit on HI/Cool. LEAVE it ON.
2. If the fan does not come on, wait 5 minutes, see if you hear the compressor come on.
3. ARE YOU POSITIVE you have 120 power to the roof AC units? Doug
