Heat registers not blowing

First check to see if power is at the fans. If the fans are like mine ... they are 12 volt. If no power begin by checking breakers. I don't know if that year has inline fuses. Also I don't know how to tell you to check relays. I'm assuming you don't have a schematic.

What I thought were registers were actually just return vents. One actual heat register had a loose wire that solved its issue. The last one just needed me to switch to zone 1 on the thermostat to get it to work. I didn't know how to do that, but the technician taught me to push the Mode and Fan button simultaneously to change to the other zone. Just FYI.

I posted above and just got back from a certified Aqua Hot service center. It appeared the motherboard was shorted at one time not allowing zone 2 to come on. Once the new board was in the system worked great.

I have an 04 HR Imperial with AquaHot. There are 5 heat exchangers ( small radiators with small fans) in the coach. There are three in the living area, 2 next to the dining table and one under the center console between the driver and passenger. In the living area there are also 3 unused grill covered outlets that look like heat vents but have no function. There is one heat exchanger in the toidy room. There is one exchanger in the bedroom under the sink at floor level. There are also 2 more grill covered outlets that have nothing behind them but the open space under the cabinets. These actually serve a function, that of providing return air to the exchanger under the sink.
If you have AquaHot and are looking into grills that seem to have nothing behind them, that's normal!!

On my home system years ago a flexible liner collapsed (delaminated) inside the vent pipe. The outside of the pipe looked just fine but when air would go through the pipe the plastic liner would inflate inside the pipe and block the passage.
Just a thought.

I am having a similar problem with one of my zones. Blowers aren't coming on in either bath register. I checked the fuses so after talking to an aqua hot tech he narrowed it down to the following:

1. If the pipes to the register are hot it could be a bad pump.
2. A bad relay
3. A problem in the motherboard and harnesses.
4. A bad fan BUT he has not had to replace a fan in his 20 years of servicing.

Just thought I would share that in hopes of narrowing it down for you. I'm taking mine in for service/fix next week to an aqua hot service center.
