FWIW I'm using this for my tire pressures:

I can't find the load table for my Michelin MS/2's, but I've been told I can use the load table for the Ribs in its place so long as its the same size tire (225/75/R16).
Given the chart, I could probably safely drop my front tires down to 65 - I've never heard anybody getting their front axle up to max GAWR in a long Class C. I wonder if that would help too?
I know, I have to get it weighed, but if I can get in the ballpark I'm fine being a little firmer in the psi department.
I'd suggest running at lower inflation rates. You might get that better ride you're looking for. My MH is a couple hundred pounds or so less than yours. Those charts go by tire size not tread type or whatever. I run 60-65 in the front tires and 65-70 in the rears. With my wife and I in the MH, fully loaded we still have over 2,500# before reaching the GVWR. Our front axle was 4,120#, while the rear was 7,820. Give it a try before spending on anything. :B
What is your OCCC on the rig? You seem to pack SUPER light !
My axles coming off the line from Winnie were 3950 front and 7714 rear w/ full fuel and LP. Straight from them.
