I have the Roadmaster sway bars front and rear. My E450 came with sway bars front and rear but the Roadmasters are heavier. I found them to be a good upgrade-reduced sway and the tendency to steer due to sway.
In the case of the OP, I'd set front tires based on weight as the first free upgrade. In my motorhome it helped tracking vs. a generic tire pressure. Then go to the upgraded sway bars, then the track bar. At some point you may be happy without the whole enchilada.
Has anybody ever weighed their rig and found the front axle North of 4670 lbs on a long Class C? Seems that setting the fronts at 65 (which gives me 4670 on my tires) would be a safe bet w/o carting myself over to the CAT scale. I've never read anybody coming close to the 5k on the front axle of a long 'C'.
I'll try running 65 front 75 rear and see how that plays out. The rear sway bar is a relatively cheap upgrade - the rear track bar costs over 2x the price of the sway. Perhaps your proposed upgrade path will be the way I proceed.
