Help / Stranded / RV will not start /Road Service is no help

Help We pulled into the RV park here last night. Connected to shore, had heavy rain. Disconnected this morning and went to leave and the engine will not crank Turn the key, dash lights up,...

From the battery there is a relay to the starter that may be stuck. Sometimes just tapping it does the trick. Then there's the ground which may be wet and or rusted.
