Help / Stranded / RV will not start /Road Service is no help

Help We pulled into the RV park here last night. Connected to shore, had heavy rain. Disconnected this morning and went to leave and the engine will not crank Turn the key, dash lights up,...

Remove small wire at starter---with 12v test light connect to wire you removed an other end to ground.Have someone engage switch to start an there should be currrent. If current soleoind is bad. If no current follow back to switch n see if switch is sending current to starter.Might be switch or bad wire from switch to starter.
