Please verify that it is a fan CLUTCH and not just the fan bearing/housing that supports the fan.
Said another way, a fan clutch allows the fan to freewheel and only engages when the engine coolant temperature rises. A fan hub/bearing are "direct drive" for the fan and is MUCH more common on rear radiator coaches.
A discussion of the types of replacements for the fan hub/bearings is above. And, either sealed or greasable should be available at any Caterpillar dealer.
