Newmar definitely the slicker product. Still think you have some wiggle room, your prices are what's asked. Do take a ok at the roof on both. The excursion will be needing one soon if not done, check the Newmar as well.
Another advantage is Newmar has hung outside aluminum walls, not vacuum bonded fiberglass. No delamination. It has other issues you might look into, but a good package.
